
Vanilla cream hearts with fresh berries

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 100g caster sugar
- 250ml thick cream
- 125g plain thick yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 punnets mixed berries
Method
- Place the cream cheese and sugar into the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk until smooth
- Add the cream, yoghurt and vanilla and whisk until combined
- Line traditional ceramic heart shaped moulds (or you can use ramekins or pudding moulds) with muslin and spoon the mix into each
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- To serve, carefully turn out each mould onto a plate and pile the berries next to them
