Sweet ricotta with chocolate, hazelnuts and mandarins

Ingredients
- 400g low fat ricotta
- 75g icing sugar
- 75g dark chocolate chips, chopped
- 30g roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 30ml Frangelico (optional)
- Mandarins
Method
- This is one the kids can do on their own
- In a large bowl whisk together the ricotta and icing sugar
- Fold through the chocolate, hazelnuts and Frangelico, if using
- Peel and remove the white pith from the mandarin segments
- Spoon the ricotta into serving dishes and top with the mandarin segments
