Mustard and honey corn on the cob

Ingredients

  • 2 corn cobs, halved, husks and silks removed
  • Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons margarine

Method

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds
  2. Brush corn with marinade and place in a dish
  3. Cover with cling film and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 5-6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes to ensure even cooking
