Mustard and honey corn on the cob

Ingredients
- 2 corn cobs, halved, husks and silks removed
- Marinade
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 2 teaspoons margarine
Method
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds
- Brush corn with marinade and place in a dish
- Cover with cling film and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 5-6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes to ensure even cooking
