Indian Lamb Burger

  • 4 tbsp Patak’s Rogan Josh Paste
  • 450g lamb mince
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 2 large naans (burger buns are fine if you don’t have naan)


  1. 1.Mix together the lamb mince, red onion and Patak’s Rogan Josh Paste. Shape into 4 burgers patties.
  2. 2.Place the burgers on the barbecue, at medium-heat, for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Place pineapple rings on the barbecue.
  3. 3.A few minutes before the burgers are finished, top them with cheese slices.
  4. 4.Remove the burgers and the pineapple from the barbecue and assembly the burger from bottom up: naan, lamb burger with cheese on top, pineapple ring, and naan.


Tip: Add a table spoon of Patak’s Mango Chutney in your burger and serve with a fresh lemonade.
